These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of vt1roofing.com (the "Site"), operated by VT1 Construction LLC, d/b/a VT1 Roofing & Chimney ("VT1," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting a request for an estimate, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

VT1 is a NY HIC License #0450485470 providing roofing, chimney, and masonry services. The Site is provided to share information about our services and to let visitors request a free, no-obligation estimate. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to perform work; actual services are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties following an on-site inspection.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to submit false or misleading information, attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security, or copy, scrape, or reproduce Site content without our permission.

Estimates & Quotes

Estimates requested through the Site are informational starting points based on the details you provide. Final pricing is confirmed only after an in-person inspection and is subject to change based on the actual condition of your roof, chimney, or masonry, material availability, and project scope. An estimate is not a contract and does not obligate either party until a formal agreement is signed.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to VT1 and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use our content, branding, or photography without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current but do not guarantee the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability
